At Valiroa, we are dedicated to bringing high-quality projection technology directly to your home. Because we work with international fulfillment centers to provide the best value, please review our shipping guidelines below.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently offer shipping exclusively to Mexico. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, not the date of order.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or peak seasonal demand.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours. You can monitor your package’s journey directly on our website.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Valiroa is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). However, for most orders to Mexico, these are typically minimal or included in the logistics process.
5. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
6. Damages & Lost Packages
If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at valiroa.official.contact@gmail.com. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, as we will need photos or videos to process a replacement for you.
