Refund policy

At Valiroa, we want to ensure your experience is as seamless as our projections. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our policy lasts 30 days from the date your item is delivered.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. This means:

  • The projector must be unworn or unused, with all original tags and protective films intact.

  • It must be in the original packaging, including all cables, remote controls, and manuals.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase (order number).

2. Return Process

To start a return, you must contact us at valiroa.official.contact@gmail.com.

Please note the following conditions:

  • Return Shipping Costs: Since we ship directly from our international distribution centers to offer you the best prices, the customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs.

  • Shipping Address: Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with the specific return address for our logistics center.

  • Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by offering a replacement or a solution at no additional cost to you.

4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Sale Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items purchased during clearance or "Final Sale" events.

  • Gift Cards: We do not offer refunds on gift cards.

  • Misuse: We cannot accept returns for products damaged due to improper electrical connection or physical mishandling by the user.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may make a separate purchase for a new item.

6. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved.

  • Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Processing Time: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your statement.
